Welcome to CrossFit XA’s Teen summer program!  This program is designed for teens ages 12-16.  Best of all, no prior CrossFit or athletic experience is necessary before joining!  The focus of this program is to give kids a fun, athletic, summer alternative to computers and phones.  CrossFit will improve your child’s confidence and increase mobility, coordination, and balance by learning basic, age-appropriate, functional movements.  We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill, while building their confidence and character.  Above all WE WANT THEM TO HAVE FUN!!!

Who: Kids ages 12-16

When: June 5th – July 21st

Days: M-W-F

Time: 3:30-4:30pm

Cost: $125 *includes a **free** t-shirt

  • Keep your immune system up
  • Improve athleticism
  • Learn about a healthy lifestyle

Our summer challenge to teens:

Do it for fun.  Do it for the challenge.  Do it to push yourselves to be a little better than you were yesterday.  No matter what, get out of the house and come make some new friends! CrossFit will help you build confidence, jumpstart and achieve fitness goals, and have fun.
