Welcome to CrossFit XA! No experience? No problem! Been doing CrossFit for a while? We’ve got you covered! All of our classes offer WOD’s, or the “workout of the day,” that are led by experienced coaches and are designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals – no matter what level you’re at. When you become a member at Crossfit XA, you’re not just another face in the crowd – you become a part of our community. Our community is a family of coaches, staff, and like-minded individuals where there’s no room for egos. Before each workout we rally together and then it’s go time! We’re not finished until the last person is finished so we cheer each other, we push each other, and we all make progress TOGETHER.
