Welcome to CrossFit XA’s Kids Power Hour summer program! The focus of this program is to give kids a fun, athletic, summer alternative to computers and phones. CrossFit will improve your child’s confidence and increase mobility, coordination, and balance by learning basic, age-appropriate, functional movements. We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill, while building their confidence and character. Above all WE WANT THEM TO HAVE FUN!!!

Who: Kids ages 6-11
When: June 5th – July 21st
Days: M-W-F
Time: 10:30-11:30am
Cost: $99 *includes snacks for each class and a **free** t-shirt

Is CrossFit good for kids too?
CrossFit undoubtedly makes children more confident by encouraging them to attempt new challenges and skills. Once accomplished, they start to believe in their true potential. The community environment also allows children to interact with different people and establish new friendships. Their improved social skills will give them more self-confidence. Multiple studies have found that exercise can help students perform better in the classroom. CrossFit requires focus, which improves concentration and better cognitive functions, and this transpires in their schoolwork.
